A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Questions families ask

Can we begin with one stage or a specific need?

Yes. Support can address a specific need or form part of a longer-term plan, with scope agreed after consultation.

How are the plan and fees agreed?

We assess the student’s needs before proposing scope, arrangements and a personal quotation, agreed in writing before work begins.

Which subjects does Orbit research mentoring cover?

Primarily computer science and AI, with support for research, collaborative manuscripts, submission and revisions. Authorship reflects substantive contributions; publication decisions rest with the venue.

Who writes the application materials?

Students produce their own materials. Discussion, structural advice and feedback help them express their experience and ideas clearly.
